Nobody loves you like your mother.
Black Angel is a dark comedy thriller about a mother, her son and her son's lover...who is also her lover. Got all that? I had a strange childhood. Thank God. I grew up with the works of Hitchcock and Brian DePalma. I lived in the theater. I learned about life from psychosexual thrillers that had twisty plots and were drenched in style. Black Angel is a reimagining of the noir's we loved in the 40s and 70s and 80s. Who says trauma and mommy issues can't be fun and a turn on? The script has both terrified and thrilled people. It won the Lake Placid Film Festival and has triggered many readers in Los Angeles. I hope I have the great pleasure to trigger you.
